Tomohiro UCHIMURA − Editorial Board Member
Tomohiro UCHIMURA, Professor at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering, University of Fukui, was born in 1976 in Kagoshima Prefecture. He received his Master (1999) and Doctor (2002) of Engineering degrees from Kyushu University. From 2002, he served as a Research Associate at Kyushu University. In 2010, he moved to be an associate professor at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, University of Fukui, and was promoted to a full professor in 2017. He received the Japan Society for Analytical Chemistry Award for Younger Researchers in 2008. His current research interests include mass spectrometry for the analysis of emulsions, and gas chromatography−mass spectrometry for the analysis of environmental pollutants.
